We hired Renee in late 2021. It was right when the market exploded and we made offers on over 10 properties over a 5 - 7 month period. We lived in Jacksonville so we could not always view the homes ourselves. Renee, worked for us EVERY SINGLE DAY including Saturday’s and Sunday’s. She took our calls in the morning and well into the evenings. She also went outside of her normal showing areas to show us homes in Brandon and Valrico as well as Charlotte county and Fort Myers. There was no request that was too great for her. She always had a bubbly personality and can-do attitude. She gave us pricing and sound advice whenever we asked. She went to many homes on her own and took videos for us or used FaceTime so that we could view the homes in detail. Her help was priceless. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier realtor or one with more experience and knowledge. We highly recommend Renee for anyone looking to buy or sell in SWFL! She gives 100% all day, every day! By the end, you will feel that she is more of a friend than just someone working on your behalf!
